OPTION: Integrated combined elevator
This clever system is used to adjust the work surface support to the required height: banishing needless stress!
- The integrated elevator makes it easier to use the oven loading belt.
- When working with an oven peel or baking sheets, the support is positioned at the level in use and serves as a work surface.
When not in use, the oven loading belt is stowed in a box provided for this purpose below the bottom level. (This location ensures that the belt is properly protected from the condensation steam that is naturally found in the upper part of the oven). |
