AN EFFICIENT OVEN

The CYCLOTEC is a linear hear transfer oven. After travelling through the first exchanger, heat is fed into a different series of linear exchangers where the heat exchange takes place directly with the baking compartments, both through the floor and through the crown, ensuring exceptional performance.

The high performance refractory baking slabs and exchangers provide a wholly exceptional level of “basic heat”, without any metal fittings and regardless of baking rate or duration.

CHARACTERISTICS

ENERGY SAVING THANKS TO ENHANCED INSULATION
The CYCLOTEC surrounds the oven (excluding rising gas) with a 30 to 50 cm (11.8 to 19.6 inches) thick heat barrier and, accordingly benefits from low energy consumption levels.
SCREENS OUT CALCIUM AND AVOIDS DAMAGE CAUSED BY SCALING
The CYCLOTEC has an ingenious system for fixing calcium which avoids the formation of scale in the steam units and, accordingly, represents a saving that cannot be ignored.
The gas path has been designed to ensure that there is both more heat in those areas most subject to heat loss as well as eliminating current effects, ensuring perfectly even baking.
